In the upper floor you enjoy the marvellous master bedroom, with a lovely his/her bathroom, walk-in closet made out o Mahogany wood, lounge, master bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, a/c, fan, flat screen TV, satellite dish, terrace covered with a large Palapa and infinity pool. Travertine floors throughout, conchella flooring for terraces and pool areas.

In order to reserve: payment of 50% of the rental + 50% of the security deposit should be done
The last payment has to be done 1 month before your arrival
For Christmas and New Year rentals second payment has to be done 60 days before arrival
Payments can be done via PayPal (+ 5% fee), or wire transfer to an USA account;
The lack of payment will result in cancelation of the reservation.
