This cabin is a beautiful secluded river-front log home with rustic elegant furnishings, wide open kitchen and breakfast bar, great big 60 inch screen TV, leather reclining sofa`s, wireless internet and a HUGE 7-person hot tub overlooking the clear bubbling waters of Talking Rock Creek. An incredibly rejuvenating getaway for family and friends.

Property Description:
The is an incredible river front hideaway. Secluded in its own river valley, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath log cabin features an all-wood interior like a true cabin. The large open floor plan has a living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the wilderness and river just yards away. A large kitchen and dining area provides lots of stretching out space along with a huge Master suite with a King size bed and private bathroom with 2-person garden jet jacuzzi bathtub. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom in the upstairs loft area has two twin day beds with pull out trundles to sleep 4 along with its very own private bathroom. The loft is an exceptional space for kids. The Queen sofa in the living room converts into a queen bed that comfortably accomodates 2 extra guests, for a total of 10 guests.

The primary attraction at Rivers Edge is the large flat tract of land the cabin sits on. Secluded at the end of the road with no other homes in sight, both the front, side and rear yard are flat and level and perfect for spreading out with outdoor activities. The setting at Rivers Edge revolves around the amazing river named Talking Rock Creek which flows behind the cabin. With over 200 feet of creek frontage, the river is exceptionally easy to access. Boulders and natural beauty abound along the riverbank. the river is perfect for wading and swimming, fishing, tubing and kayaking. Also out back is a large fire pit and log benches for evening campfire fun.

Inside the living room, a massive 60 inch TV with DirectTV and DVD player awaits the relaxing family who can plop into the super comfortable dual-recliners and the suede sofa. The large rear windows frame the Talking Rock Creek wilderness out back. Curtains can be pulled close to block out extra sunlight if needed.

The Kitchen is full stocked with modern appliances and a full complement of cookware and serving ware. the center island bar is large and sturdy for overflow groceries or meal preparation. Up to 4 guests can also dine at the kitchen island for convenience. 6 more can easily fit around the large dining room table. From the dining room, one can access the rear deck that contains a gas propane grill and picnic table for outdoor snacking and dining.

The King master suite is large and spacious with a huge walk-in closet and a private bathroom with dual vanities, 2-person jacuzzi jet bathtub and a large 48 inch wide stand up shower. The TV in the master is a 27 inch with DirectTV programming. Access to the rear deck and hot tub is through the rear patio doors.

Down the other hallway is a Queen bedroom with log bed frame and a 20 inch flat screen TV with DirectTV programming and a built-in DVD player. This is a private bedroom with a closet, dresser and end table.

The hallway also offers a full bathroom with an HE Washer and Dryer for guest convenience. HE laundry detergent is provided.

Travel up a short flight of stairs to the loft with 2 day beds with trundles, a private full bathroom and a 19 inch TV with DirectTV. The upstairs loft has a separate portable A/C unit to cool off the space during warmer months. Just set the temperature on the unit and let it cool.

The rear deck sports a HUGE 7-person Spa Crest therapeutic hot tub, picnic table and propane gas grill with spare tank for outdoor dining and relaxing. The gorgeous flowing Talking Rock Creek that cuts along canyon walls is a few steps from the back deck. With the ability to enjoy river fun at this cabin is sure to meet your Appalachian experience expectations.

Don`t forget to set time aside to visit the resort`s amenities such as Trout Lodge, swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center, ponds and hiking trails.

	Stayed 3 nights in October, 2008. We enjoyed our weekend tremendously. The cabin was very nice and decorated beautifully! It was very quiet and relaxing, which was exactly the get away we were looking for. We will be back!!!! Only suggestion for improvement I would make is to supply some comfortable outside furniture/patio set to better enjoy the outdoors!! 	Stayed 4 nights in August, 2008. It was a beautiful place that our kids and us loved. Roads were sometimes hard to navigate with map but once you arrived all was good. This gated resort community is quite large and has lots of winding roads to get folks to all the beautiful nooks and cranny's in the mountains. The best thing to do is follow the written directions down to the word, and you should have no problem getting to your cabin. Hope to see you again soon!

	Stayed 2 nights in August, 2008. "Our Honeymoon in River's Edge" KZ Cabins did a wonderful job with the fruit basket, wine glasses and rose petals on the bed. We had an incredible time. 	Stayed 4 nights in July, 2008. The cabin was nice and we enjoyed the playing in the river. But the children had to sleep downstairs the loft had a lot of spiders and was hot. The air did'nt seem to go up there. Over all not a bad experience. Response by KZ Cabins: As always, we relish your feedback so we can constantly improve our services, our properties and correct any issues that we are made aware of. We were not made aware of the heat problem during your stay so its difficult for us to address problems if we don't know about them! We have never had this complaint but it was a very hot week during your visit (90's) and there is not a separate A/C unit for the loft. We called the HVAC folks who came out and added freon to the unit and everything checked out ok. UPDATE: The owner added a separate A/C unit just for the loft to cool it as well as adding a curtain for the large window to keep morning sunlight out. Now its perfect up there!!

	Stayed 2 nights in July, 2008. We were traveling with 5 children ages 4 to 17. They loved playing in the creek. The cabin is wonderful. It is very isolated and quiet. The fish were seen in the creek, but sorry to say none of us caught any. Response by KZ Cabins: We are tickled to death that you enjoyed the cabin and that the kids loved the creek. Those river fish are a bit picky, but may I suggest earthworms or wonder bread next time! We hope to see you again real soon!

	Stayed 3 nights October, 2007. "GOD'S GIFT FOR US !!" We needed to get away,stress & he was changing jobs.We need to escape and get rested. This was the perfect place quite,peaceful,and lovely.God's little heaven here on earth.Seeing the deer,wild turkey,badger,and listening to the birds sing.The stream rolling over the rocks and bolder had such a clamming also.The cabin inside said welcome your home!!!!! 	Stayed 4 nights in November, 2007. "A Place I Wish I Could Own!" The bottom line is, me my wife and 2 boys ages 9 & 7 absolutely love the Rivers Edge Cabin. We visited Georgia (my home state) coming from New Orleans, La. Fresh mountain air, CLEAR RUNNING WATER, wild animals, great fishing (red eye bass), great hiking, grilling out, hot tub, boys collecting river rocks, plus if you are interested and have the time you can visit many neighboring areas like we did like - Dahlonega to pan for gold, Carters lake to see the tallest dam east of the Mississippi River 450' deep, Stone Mountain and there is more. The Cabin itself is top notch, great furnishings fits many. The surroundings beautiful. The pricing is great. Thank you, KZ Cabins.
