Our stunning privately owned pool home is situated on the prestigious 5 *Windsor palms resort, as featured on BBC, and ITV, TV program you call the shots, and a place in the sun. Furnished to the highest of standards, with hand picked furnishings from Orlando`s finest retailers. Why not take advantage of our new games room, with 8ft slate bed pool table, air hockey, full size table tennis table, and darts board. We also offer FREE high speed wireless broadband connection, FREE unlimited local and international telephone calls 24/7 and FREE use of the prestigious 5* Windsor Palms resort facilities during your stay. Our home is fully registered and licensed with the state of Florida. Our experienced and friendly Kissimmee based professional property manager maintains the villa to the highest standards. They will take care of any queries you may have during your stay, to ensure a carefree holiday/vacation.
Living Areas:
The pool home has an open plan living area, with two sets of patio doors which lead onto the pool area. The lounge is equipped with a superb 53 cable TV, DVD and VCR player, for your entertainment. We have two dining areas, one formal and one less formal. The kitchen is equipped with every type of appliance, cooking range, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. Just off the kitchen area is a laundry room with full size washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board etc.
Master Bedrooms:
The first Master bedroom has an American king size sleigh bed, matching dressing table, night stands, and armoire which houses cable TV and a video player. A walk in wardrobe and en-suite containing a large oval bath, walk in shower, double hand basins and separate toilet completes the look of this special bedroom. The second Master is equally well furnished with a walk in shower, toilet and hand basin, this bedroom also has cable TV.
Other Bedrooms:
The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites, and share a bathroom, Each bedroom has twin beds, Cable TV,
Games room: Fully equipped games room with 8ft slate bed pool table, air hockey, table tennis and darts board
Exterior:
One of the main features of the villa is the great south west facing pool deck. In addition to the pool, there is a patio area with upgraded sun lounges and matching table and chairs ideal for when you decide to eat lunch by the pool. All doors to the pool area are alarmed for child safety.
Location & Surroundings:
The entrance of Windsor Palms, offers an impressive 24hr manned security gatehouse. We are situated a genuine 5 minutes from Disney world, with a host of shops and restaurants close by. Windsor Palms has been voted the best resort in Kissimmee with its 5* facilities you can see why. You can choose from the Olympic size swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basket ball, volley ball, children`s play area or working out in the fitness gym. Alternatively you can relax in the 52 seated cinema and watch the films of your choice.

All rates are per property and not per person. As soon as final payment is made directions and key/alarm code will be forwarded by email.
Check-in time: 4PM
Check-out time: 10AM
Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times.
If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home.
We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $45 for accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.
Final quote depends on several factors;
e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest specials etc.

You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card for booking online - (link will be sent with free quote)
We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total. This cover is optional but recommended.
Please contact us for details if interested. For example a booking of $1000 would incur a premium of just $70, excellent piece of mind for travelers.
Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.
Payment can be made by check, PayPal and all major credit cards.
Pool heat is recommended October through April dependent on ambient temperature.
