Located downstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed with full bath access, nicely spacious living area with queen sleeper and gas log fireplace. Sit back and enjoy your cable tv with vcr or cook up a homestyle meal in your full size kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Also equipped with washer and dryer, large deck with gas grill and phone with Unlimited Free Long Distance. Upstairs you`ll find a cozy loft with a queen size bed, set of bunks and twin size bed with 3/4 bath.
^^^BASE RATES are for the first 4 adults (13 years and older). For each additional adult (13 years and older) there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night. Children 12 years and under stay free. Units can only be booked up to the maximum occupancy; this includes infants and children.^^^

PLEASE READ OUR RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING.
All units are completely furnished (this means sheets, towels, plates, & silverware, as well as coffee pots, etc.) including fireplaces except for the efficiency units.
Rates change with the seasons. Units can only be booked for the NUMBER OF PEOPLE stated on each unit, this includes children. A three night minimum is required on all seasons. Christmas and Spring Break are four nights minimum. All rates are subject to change without notice.
