The property owners have redone this home from top to bottom, inside and out and will be quite a treat for any vacationing guests.
Upon entering this home, you have the option to step down to the main living level or proceeding forward to all three upper level bedrooms. Upstairs there is a spacious Master bedroom with a king size bed and futon, full bath and balcony that overlooks the lake. The second bedroom is just down the hall with its queen size bed, flat screen TV, sitting area with a futon and balcony that overlooks the lake. The third bedroom has a full size bed and also has a balcony that looks down into the sunroom and overlooks the lake as well. The second and third bedrooms share the large hall bath with a shower tub.
Downstairs is where everyone will be when they`re not out on the water. This lower level includes a nice size living room with a wood burning fireplace (supply your own wood), leather sofa sleeper and recliner, large screen 55 inch High Definition TV, stereo, DVD & VCR player. Directly behind the sofa is a slider door access to the outside and lakefront deck. The L-shaped kitchen is certainly set up for entertaining. Guests will enjoy all the kitchen appliances, high seating breakfast bar for 4, side table seating for 2 and pass through opening in the wall for viewing the Lake and mingling with guests in the other rooms. Just off the hallway between the living room and kitchen is a wonderful full bath with a shower and large utility room (with washer and dryer). The owners also built on a wonderful lake front sunroom addition that is accessible from the kitchen. Here guest will enjoy the wrap around windows, dining area for 4 and family room with a leather sofa and loveseat, TV and stereo. Of course, everything in the sunroom overlooks the lake. There is slider door access outside on two sides on the sunroom. One slider accesses the xero-scaped (no grass) yard. The other slider (which is off the family room) accesses the outside deck (16 X 16) and walkway that leads to the lake.
This is a wonderful vacation retreat property at the Lake. Guests have access to a spacious road-side yard with a circle drive and parking for plenty. Plus the kids will really love the scaled down basketball court and hoop by the owner`s occupied garage. (Please bring your own basketball.) The home is positioned perfectly to take on any lake views while maintaining a sense of privacy from neighboring properties. There are two exterior balconies upstairs that overlook the lake and two decks (one by the house and a martini deck that sits closer to the water`s edge.) Both decks are equipped with patio furnishings and the upper deck has a gas grill that is ideal for evening BBQ`s. The owner also added an outdoor fire pit (supply your own wood) and a horseshoe pit close to the water’s edge.
The concrete dock is amazing! Guests will enjoy the very large dock, covered slip (12 x 32) a separate wave runner slip (12 X 12) and huge sun deck with lounge chairs. Guests can swim in the open cove and take in all the passing boat traffic (within in viewing distance) of the main channel.
This 2,200 square foot vacation rental is available year around and features central heating/air, tile flooring through out the lower main level, 16 channel cable TV’s (3), stereo, DVD,VCR, phone, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator, ice-maker. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, open parking, and laundry room facilities. A covered boat slip (12 X 32) is available to rent for $10.00 per day.
This special property offers guest spectacular views of the lake and excellent fishing. This quiet side retreat is 15-20 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.
