The Condo`s kitchen and living area is on the ground floor, with floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto front deck with amazing ocean views and beach access. Living room has a pullout couch and 46` flat screen cable TV, as well as iPod/mp3 hookup with speaker system. Master Suite includes king size bed, flat screen TV, and attached bath with Jacuzzi tub. Not to mention gorgeous ocean views…You’ll feel like you’re sleeping right on the beach! Second bedroom has a full sized bed, flat screen TV, and attached bath. Home comes with all of the modern and luxurious amenities and features that guarantee a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Unit comes with one (1) off-street covered parking space.

You can't get any closer to the beach and the views are incredible from almost everywhere in the modern style home with large windows. it was great to be able to sit inside and relax while being able to see the kids on the sand playing safely. to top it off the management company is great! they are so friendly and always available to answer any questions and quick to rectify any concerns. highly recommend and can't wait to come back! |

| | | Thank you for a truly luxurious summer experience on the last week in June, 2012! Our family (my husband, myself, and our 4 children-2 girls14/12; and 2 boys 8/9) enjoyed Rockaway # 3 which offered superb accommodations, breath-taking views, and ultimate relaxation. All of the interior features were as detailed in the photographs, the condo was very clean and everything was in good working order. We felt safe and comfortable during our entire stay. The property is half way between Belmont Park (Mission Beach) and Pacific Beach with several area restaurants, amusement attractions, surf lessons and bike rentals along the way if you choose to stroll the boardwalk. We have vacationed in Southern California for the past 6 years and this was by far our favorite property! We will definitely be returning and HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for luxury, convenience, excellent location, and supreme relaxation! |

My law partner and I were in San Diego for business and rented it for 4 days in March, and never wanted to leave the unit. All the appliances and amenities are top-of-the-line, and you can't get any closer to the beach!! We kept the patio doors open most of the time to soak of the breeze and the scenery. | | | Thank you 710br. We celebrated our daughters 18th birthday at MB and stayed the weekend in Rockaway 3. It was an amazing location right between MB and PB. It was so nice to be able to walk to get a bite to eat, rent bikes and hit the beach. All the kids that came for the day or stayed the night said it was the best time they had ever had at the beach. I would totally recommend this location for a romantic get-a-way too. The master bedroom was so incredible, we slept with the window open every night and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Also, thanks for being on hand to answer our questions when we arrived, it allowed us to settle quickly and get started enjoying the weekend right away…we will definitely book this destination again.
