Check In time is 4:00PM
Check Out time is 11:00AM
3-night minimum stay required. All stays will require a cleaning fee.
$200.00 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking.
Full balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Additional fees include:
- Sales & Tourism Taxes
- $35.00 Booking Fee
- $40.00 Damage Waiver (Not refundable) OR $250.00 refundable Security Deposit required for each reservation

Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES
NO SMOKING IN HOMES
Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st.
*Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain Specials and Promotions, please refer to the Special Terms when reserving a home with a Special or Discount.
