This comfortable one bedroom condo easily accommodates four persons with a sleeper sofa and a dining area with seating for four.
The main bedroom is furnished with a matrimonial bed and locally produced furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The living room is complete with a satellite TV and DVD/CD player. The condo has a full bathroom and an additional half bathroom.
Phone calls to landlines in the US, Canada and some European countries are complimentary.
This main floor condo is located within Playa Kaan - a gated development with 24/7 on-site security as well as a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall and sun deck. Playa Kaan is located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, only 3 ˝ blocks from the beach and 1 ˝ blocks from famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. It’s the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a short walking distance. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
(Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply)
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.

| | | We enjoyed our visit. The unit location was very convenient for our purposes. It was close to the beach and restaurants. We were able to walk to the Walmart to buy groceries for breakfast and snacks. The unit had a washing machine and close dryer, which was an unexpected bonus.
