Mariner’s Cove Condominium Rules and Regulations

Quiet hours: 11p.m. to 9a.m. Refrain from making any excessive noise during these hours.
Maximum unit occupancy - 6 persons.
Use gas/electric grills only, pulled away from vinyl siding.
Do not hang wet clothes or towels on balcony rail or chairs.
Do not dispose of debris off patio or over balcony railing. Please be considerate of others above or below your unit.
There are two parking spaces per unit. Each unit has one space in the garage and the other space located behind the garage.
Units 15, 18. 21, and 31 have one space in the garage and the other designated on the parking lot. All other parking is on Oak Street.

Pool:
Hours: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Pool phone used only for 911 emergencies.
No diving into pool.
No children under 12 years old allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
Babies and toddlers must wear approved waterproof diapers with plastic pants.
Non-swimmers must use (a coast guard approved flotation device or water wings.
No glass containers or food allowed in the pool.
Swimwear only allowed in the pool.
No smoking allowed in the pool area.
Radios/Music by earphones only.
Do not leave wet towels or clothes on pool furniture or fence rails when you leave.
No horse play, running or vulgar language will be tolerated.
Please keep the pool area free from trash and place all discarded items into the trash bin.
Please keep the restrooms clean for the next person.

Docks/Slips: A flotation device is required on all children 10 years or younger when on the dock or slips.
Do not leave children under 10 years unattended on the dock or slips.
Do not play on the dock boxes, power outlets, lines, cords or run on the dock or slips.

General Rules: No pets allowed. (Renters/Guests)
No fireworks or water balloons allowed.
No charcoal grills allowed.
No open fires allowed.
No bicycle, skateboard, roller blades/skates or scooter riding allowed on sidewalks grass, dock slips or MCCA parking lots.
Golf clubs, baseball or softballs cannot be used on MCCA properly.
Do not store bicycles toys, bicycles, etc., on the lawn, sidewalks, parking lot or docks.
Do not feed wild animals or waterfowl (geese, ducks etc.) on the property.
Dispose all bagged garbage/trash in one of the two MCCA trash bans.

Contact the unit owner or rental agency if any problems occur.
