In the heart of the Cote d`Azur, Europe`s most beautiful bay opens onto the Mediterranean, residences like white sails waving on the shore of the Mediterranean form a jewel-case for the luxury yachts at anchor in the port.

Very peaceful apartement, nicely decorated and very comfortable makes it a real good value for your future vacation.
The owner has chosen to keep the prices moderate, to offer you the best : sea view, terrace, private parking, main bedroom with a seaview, double bed, direct access to the terrace, second bedroom with a queen size bed, the living room sofa turns into 2 single beds for chidlren.
The bathroom is very clean and functionnal. Separate loo.
The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and of course all utensiles if you decide to cook a great french meal with local products.

Now if you feel like going out, just take the elevator, and all the restaurants you`d like, (French, Italian, Tunisian, etc), are there on the port ! Also many little shops, a pharmacy, a doctor, a gym and a supermaket.

This apartment is ideal if you need to rest, if you`d like to discover the area with St Paul de Vence, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, go skying in the winter (only 1h15 mn`s to the pre-alps), visit museums Picasso in Antibes, or Maeght foundatin in St Paul, or Escoffier`s culinary in Villeneuve Loubet, or mix everything and also have some fun with the children (adventure parks, Marineland, horse riding, cycling).

At Marina Baie des Anges your life is your own. Bathe in the sea or in the calm waters of the lagoon. Swim, water-ski and dive, or simply sunbathe on the beach. In the midst of eight hectares of green background you will find: spacious apartments finished in a refined manner with wide flower-filled terraces flooded with sun overlooking the sea; a port of 600 anchoring berths with its harbour master`s office, its ultra-modern naval yard, its ship chandlers, etc., surrounded by the business centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, fashion shops, etc., at the edge of the beach, a swimming pool with turquoise water in the midst of luxurious vegetation, a veritable oasis of freshness. The medieval fortress

The construction goes back to the 13th century, under the influence of the Comtes de Provence and Rome de Villeneuve. The inner courtyard is cobbled with river pebbles, under which is a tank. Walls and rampart walk are punctuated by five round towers and a medieval drawbridge. Francois 1er stayed here in 1538, in order to sign the Nice Truce with Charles Quint, a pact that put an end to the wars of Italy. It is a private property that belongs to the Panisse-Passis family since 1742.

The Provencal Village

You will discover a village, rebuilt at the XVIth century, under the protection of the Lascaris` castle, which received Fran�cois Ist in 1538. It is in its old Grande Rue that was born, a few centuries before, the famous Auguste Escoffier, who left Villeneuve-Loubet in order to make higher the french gastronomy. Today, you will have the chance to roam its streets, through stairs and slopes. Don`t miss the museums, neither the church and keep time for a pleasant walk along the Loup.

Property Notes and Additional Information
RATES INCLUDE : Taxes, bed linen & towels (for 4 people), internet (WiFi), electricity & water.
Cleaning and laundry on leaving the apartment is Eur 85.00 per stay.


EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT : 5% (6 months in advance); LONG STAY BOOKING DISCOUNT : 10% (more than 14 nights)

A deposit of 30% is required on making the booking, the balance to be paid one month before arrival. On receipt of the deposit you will receive a Rental Invoice and Contract.
On receipt of the balance, directions to the apartment and contact details for meeting the apartment manager will be forwarded. The manager will have the keys and show you around the apartment.

There is security payment of Eur 500 which is payable to PayPal and will be held until the end of your holiday. The Security Deposit will be fully refunded on return of the keys subject to no damage to the property, the fixtures or fittings.

Changeover is normally Saturday to Saturday. But we are flexible during off season. Minimum stay 4 nights. As change-over is tight in high season, access to the apartment will be 3pm or later on arrival, and departure will be before 10am. We will be as flexible as possible for early and late check-ins when notified.
