The first bedrooms has 1 queen size bed, the second one has a bunk bed, a double bed and 1 single ( 4 or 5 people can sleep in it ), and in the third bedroom youll find another queen size bed.
In the spacious dinning area you will find an beautiful view of the pool and dining table for 8 guests, this area is connected with the fully equipped kitchen and with the TV area that has a very confortable sofa with satellite TV and DVD player.

In order to reserve: payment of 50% of the rental + 50% of the security deposit should be done
The last payment has to be done 1 month before your arrival
For Christmas and New Year rentals second payment has to be done 60 days before arrival
Payments can be done via PayPal (+ 5% fee), or wire transfer to an USA account;
The lack of payment will result in cancelation of the reservation.
