The open kitchen is conected with the dinning area and the living room, where youll find a sofa bed where 2 more people can sleep. From this area youll be able to enjoy a beatiful view from the pool and common areas.

In order to reserve: payment of 50% of the rental + 50% of the security deposit should be done
The last payment has to be done 1 month before your arrival
For Christmas and New Year rentals second payment has to be done 60 days before arrival
Payments can be done via PayPal (+ 5% fee), or wire transfer to an USA account;
The lack of payment will result in cancelation of the reservation.
