The Eastern facing lanai, pool, and splash over spa space is gifted with the Florida sunshine for most of the day, and is the perfect setting to sip your morning cup of coffee with the sunrise, catch sight of some hot air balloons floating by, grill up a feast on the free gas barbecue, or even watch the Disney fireworks to the North when there is a clear evening sky! Your kids will also enjoy the playground and spacious recreation area right outside the front door of “Pooh’s Palace”. All this…and we haven’t even gotten to what you will find inside!

The large and inviting main living space includes a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar area with seating for three; the perfect place to prepare a meal of any size! The adjoining living room provides plenty of cozy seating space, a 55 inch cable HDTV, DVD player, PS2 game system with games, free wi-fi internet, and upgraded overhead ceiling fan to ensure you can relax in cool comfort.
