We are pleased to have the tranquil and serene Sugar Creek Cabin” available in our program. Sitting on the banks of Big Sugar Creek you can listen to the soothing sounds of rippling water while reading your favorite book, watching the kids play on the lush lawn, enjoying quiet time with that special someone or casting your favorite fishing rod. Sugar Creek Cabin is a three bedroom, two bath luxury log cabin. The master suite has a king size bed, jetted garden tub, and screened porch off the bedroom overlooking the creek. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin beds respectively. The game room is equipped with a pool table, authentic Jack Daniels Bourbon-Barrel poker table and a 40 inch flat screen TV. You will enjoy SAT TV, DVD/VCR, Wi-Fi enhanced high speed internet access, a wood burning fireplace, and Jacuzzi Hot Tub. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. This cabin has a beautiful lawn and a stone fire pit where you can cook over the open fire and roast marshmallows with the kids. Sugar Creek Cabin is easy to access in all weather conditions, with no steep grades to worry about and only three miles to downtown Blue Ridge. You are within walking distance of a large man-made lake that is stocked with catfish and bream. No swimming is allowed in the lake. Nearby attractions include Mercier’s Orchard (only a mile away), the Hiking Trails of North Georgia, Mountain Biking, Antique Shopping, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding and the famous Scenic Train Ride of Blue Ridge. All of our cabins include linens, dishes, pots, pans, towels, washcloths, etc... We will provide an initial supply of guest soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and trash bags. We suggest that you bring your supplies for an extended stay of paper towels, trash bags, starter logs for the wood burning fireplace and washing powders. Sugar Creek Cabin is within easy walking distance of Royal Lake Lodge so you can plan a reunion of family or friends and enjoy the convenience of being close together.
