LOCATION: Lincolnville, Norton Pond - Recently Remodeled Camden Area Lake Cottage

This cottage had a lot of updating in 2008. A second floor was added bringing this popular cottage to officially having 2 enclosed bedrooms, with an all new bathroom with laundry and larger living room. Everything is comfortable and new.

This is a traditional lakeside cottage located near the coast of Maine in beautiful Lincolnville, Maine. Norton Pond is part of the Megunticook Lake watershed and is connected to desirable Megunticook Lake via a nearby culvert. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a full sized bed and the other with two twin beds. There is a great fireplace for cool evenings, as well as a comfortable working kitchen where meals of all kinds can be prepared. There is also a nice full bath with shower and laundry.

Outside, there is a great view of the water. There are stairs that lead down to a large deep water dock with 7` feet of depth. Bring your kayak or canoe or rent one of ours for an enjoyable paddle around the pond or into Megunticook Lake. This property is great for the 4 person family or a couple looking to get away.
