The spectacular 5 bedroom Villa is perched in the quiet hills above Eze Village in the South of France. The medieval village of Eze lies mid way between Nice and Monte Carlo and is only 20 minutes on the autoroute from Nice Airport.
Top of the range modern 4 bedroom en suite villa perched in a very peaceful area with magnificent views of the medieval villa of Eze and across the Riviera. This sumptuous villa is finished to the highest specification with flat screen televisions in the bedrooms and bathrooms, Sky Satellite TV (including sports and cinema), Sono/Ipod multi-room indoor/outdoor sound system, Separate cinema room boasting a 2.4m screen, air conditioning throughout, stunning heated horizon pool, easy parking for 5 cars. A car comes with the villa. On the ground floor there is a fabulous living room with sweeping views over the pool and Mediterranean. The living room flows into the dining room and open plan kitchen, with a separate pantry. Outside the dining room is a dining terrace with BBQ and stone built pool room. One bedroom is on the ground floor with en suite facilities. Upstairs there are three en suite bedrooms and 2 more beds cleverly concealed.
Eze :Eze is famous worldwide for the view of the sea from the top of its hill, and it is a renowned tourist site on the French Riviera. It is home to the Jardin botanique d`Eze, known for its collection of cactus and succulents as well as its panoramic views. Walt Disney spent a significant amount of time in Eze. The oldest building in the village is the Chapelle de la Sainte Croix and dates back to 1306. Members of the lay order of the White Penitents of Eze, in charge of giving assistance to plague victims, would hold their meetings there. The shape of the bell-turret is an indication that the village once belonged to the Republic of Genoa. The small medieval village is famous for its beauty and charm. It has many shops, art galleries, hotels and restaurants that attract a large number of tourists and honeymooners. As a result Eze has become a `museum village`. From Eze you have gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea. The Fragonard perfume factory has tours here.
Beaches: Eze-sur-mer beach is a family beach with beach restaurants, the famous Anjuna Beach and the Papaya Beach, which is more reasonable, with sunbeds for rent and the restaurant. There is also an excellent family restaurant called La Veille Maison and an Italian restaurant Panta Rei. Cap Ferrat is 2.5 kms away where there are two private club beaches, the Palomo and Passable. Both have good restaurants and sunbeds to hire for the day. The Passable is more family friendly and located across the road from the beautiful Villa Ephrussi and its gardens.
What to do: Take a tour through the medieval village, its alleys, tiny squares, baroque church, chapel of the white Monks. Visit of the Garden of Eze with its different plants, the sculptures of Jean Philippe Richard and at the top a unique panoramic view. For walkers, there are two paths from the village: Le Savaric path, from which you have fantastic panoramic views across the sea. The Nietzsche path, passing through the sheltered valley. Or, in the evening, visit the Astrorama`Spectacle aux Etoiles` to understand the secrets of the universe! In Eze sur Mer the nautical club offers a range of options : optimist, 420, laser, kayak, catamaran, windsurfing and diving. The beautiful town of Villefranche sur Mer is only 3 kms away and is well worth a visit, wander around it old historic center, have lunch in the sun and then stroll down to the beach past the colourful village houses overlooking the magnificent bay.
Ski: Skiing : Within a 2-hour drive, you can choose from the French resorts of Peira Cava (57 km), Gréolières (68 km), La Colmiane (89 km), Valberg (103 km), Isola 2000 (110 km) or Auron (116 km), or the Italian resorts of Limone (82 km) or Monesi (123 km).

# The rental rate includes use of a car (subject to provision of a driving licence), WiFi, linen, electricity, water, complimentary cleaning on departure.
The property manager lives within 5 minutes of the property should you have any special requirements or problems during your stay and is available 24/24.
Maid service can be arranged at an extra cost. The maid would also be able to do a boulangerie and paper run for breakfast in the morning.
