A deposit of $250.00 is required in order to confirm a reservation. Complete balance is due 45 days prior to arrival
All reservations are non-refundable within 45 days of arrival
Additional Charges :
13% Florida State Tax
$50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee is included in the deposit
$25.00 processing fee if paying by credit card
$50.00 Property Protection Fee (damage waiver insurance up to $1500)
Cleaning fee for stays of 6 nights or less
An imprint of a credit card may be required, at check in on the date of arrival, in the event of damages above the $1500. insurance or gross negligence.
