Fannie`s guest suites include 3 ground level apartments (1,3, and 5) and two upstairs apartments (2 and 4) located just behind Fannie`s on the Beach, a favorite local restaurant located right on the Strand at the South Beach. Each unit has a living room/bedroom combination, fully furnished kitchen with all amenities except DW and W/D. Other amenities include cable TV, DVD, window AC unit, ceiling fans. Parking for 1. Pet friendly for small pets under 30 lbs. 2 night minimum all year!(Holidays excluded)

| | | "During our stay, my husband and I were extremely pleased with how convenient Fannies Guest Suites are to the beach and all the eating and shopping places, yet far enough away from the mainstream crowd. We thoroughly enjoyed our suite and we were provided with everything we could possibly need to cook and clean. We especially liked our "welcome" gift bag. That was a very nice touch. Although the bed mattress was a little softer than we prefer, we both slept well. The best part of staying at Fannies Guest Suites is its great location.Also, we really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings.Overall we enjoyed our stay VERY much and felt like we had a real relaxing vacation.
