Angel Villa is a 4 bed/ 3 bath home in the beautiful Seasons community located just off US 192 about 6 miles from the Disney theme parks. With a private pool and spa, Angel Villa has a lot to offer a family on vacation.
Seasons is a very nice community, built in 2005, and is situated on the east side of US 192, close to some great shopping and fine restaurants.
This places Seasons only 6 miles from Walt Disney World which gives it an ideal location for a vacation home.
Universal is about 25 minutes away, Sea World 20 minutes and Kennedy Space Center about an hour away.
There are plenty of local shops and attractions nearby and it is worth noting that there is a Walmart superstore only a 5 minute walk away.
Seasons is very well maintained by the local homeowners association and is one of the better communities on this side of town.
The amenities at Seasons include a play area and a walking track around the lake, but it is the setting and appearance of Seasons that makes it unquestionably one of the more popular communities of its kind in the area.
A 4 bedroom home, with 3 bathrooms, Angel Villa is nicely furnished to a high standard with your comfort in mind. It sleeps 8-10 people though we do restrict occupancy to 8 people to preserve the integrity of the home.
The bedrooms consist of one Master with king size bed and full en-suite facilities, another master with a queen-size bed, and 2 twins, one of which is themed for children.
There are TVs in all the bedrooms.
Other features of Angel Villa include a second sitting room, dining area, spacious kitchen, a very large living room, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a two car garage.
The main living area is very well furnished and has a 27 inch television and DVD player, as well as a sound system.
There is also a second TV in the sitting area, which is ideal for families who want that little extra space.
This is a single storey home and the bed configuration is one King size master bedroom, with full en-suite facilities, one Queen bedroom, again with en-suite, and 2 twin rooms, one of which is themed for children.
The kitchen is fully fitted too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and telephone, and you will find all your crockery, and cutlery, as well as linens and towels, supplied for your stay.
Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a superb screened in swimming pool and a spa.
With an extra fence installed around the pool deck, this does add extra privacy to the pool area, and this has been a popular feature for many of our clients.
For families, it is worth noting too that this pool area has a child safety net installed for our added security. Another important feature for the business traveler is that this home also has high-speed internet access.
Angel Villa, with the proximity it enjoys to all the local facilities and attractions represents tremendous value for money and comes very highly recommended.
