The four bedrooms consist a huge master bedroom with Kingsize bed and luxury ensuite with soaker tub and walk in shower. Also on the first floor there is a further queensize bedroom, one twin bedroom and a Disney themed room with full-size bunk bed.
All bedrooms have TV`s. (6 TV`s in all...)
The spacious ground floor has an open plan feel with two separate lounge and dining areas. The informal lounge area has a large TV, DVD and stereo. The second lounge also has a TV.
The Home has full wireless internet capability.
The modern well equipped kitchen has many additional features, including a centre island stainless steel fridge/freezer, built in mircowave and dishwasher.
The front lounge has a pool table.
The pool area has pool and spa and a larger shallow end for small children. There is also patio furniture including table, chairs and sunloungers.
This home complies with all hygeine and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
All our homes are fully compliant with both State and County regulations for your family`s comfort and safety.

Check-in time: 4PM
Check-out time: 10AM
Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times.
We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $45 for accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.
You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card if your booking is processed online - (7 night minimum stay required)
We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total. For example a booking of $1000 would incur a premium of just $70, excellent piece of mind for travelers. Please contact us for details if interested.
All bedding and linens are provided.
Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.
