The Double-crested Cormorant is one of many large water birds that you can view from the back of this brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Situated on the T of a canal that leads out to Salt Lake and then Copano Bay, this home is perfect for kayakers, boaters, or for just fishing from the dock. A private boat ramp is on the property and there is room to tie up your boat behind the house. The large deck offers beautiful water views, cool breezes, and fishing in the canal with the underwater green light.
Inside you will find bamboo floors and tile counter tops. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all look out over the water through large windows that run along the back of the house. The appliances are all new in the large, galley style kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking and dining. The living room has comfortable seating and satellite tv.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a private bathroom, and satellite tv. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin day bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The beds sleep 7, but you can bring 1 more person along to sleep on the couch.
Cormorant Crossing is a pet friendly home with a large fenced yard. Bi rd watchers will love the variety of birds and ducks that live around the canals. Relax on the large covered patio and take in the cool breeze and beautiful views. At sunset, the underwater green light comes on for fishing in the canal. You can catch trout, redfish, sheepshead, drum, blue crabs, and more from the fishing deck. It is easy to launch a boat or kayak from the back yard for more water and fishing fun!
