Featuring 2 levels and three bedrooms on the second level with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in bedroom 2 and 2 twin beds in bedroom 3. Full kitchen with breakfast bar, upper and lower porch, spacious lower level living with flat screen tv.
This home will sleep 6 people comfortably, however we can accommodate up to 8 people provided guest 7 & 8 pay the $95 additional guest fee. Check with us to see if we have a roll away bed to provide at no charge.

Paradise
we had read previous reviews and we were very skeptical...so we went with the attitude ...expect the worst and hope for the best! and wow...we were pleasantly surprised...the condo was spacious (we had 6 adults) quiet, clean and very nicely decorated...we rented from Cocoplum realty(Angel) who has 2 units #18 and 23..we had 18...I think the only downfall was we had to go home! lol
and we didnt get the morning sun! on our porch! We rented bikes from Wheels to go...who delivered them right to our door! and picked them up the day we left! we biked all over its very bike friendly ..the Pool was clean and heated and the grounds were nicely kept. If you have a boat you can dock there...thanks for the best Christmas vacation!

Coral Lagoon Information
Entering Resort
The Resort is located at 12399 Overseas Highway, Marathon FL 33050
At approximately MM 53 you will view Coral Lagoon on the left side of Highway 1. After you have entered the resort you should drive straight past the first parking lots immediately to your left and right and continue to the next lot. There is sufficient parking for your main vehicle and additional guest vehicles.
Stopping on the roadway of the resort is not permitted for unloading or any other purpose. We are required by fire code not to obstruct roadways in/out of the property. The only stopping should be in designated parking areas. Resort personnel will promptly ask you to move to a parking lot so please do not disregard our request.
Kitchens
Fully equipped kitchen with a wide array of appliances and cooking utensils. Should a appliance not work properly it will be replaced upon request within 1 day.
Garbage
Garbage is your responsibility and the dumpsters are located at the back side of the boat house on the opposite end of the back parking lot and may be better accessed with your car as it is a good walking distance from your home.
You are not allowed to park on the grass, or roadway in front of unit for loading or any other purpose.
If your vehicle is responsible for damaging the sod or landscape at the resort, the HOA will hold you responsible and submit a bill to Cocoplum Realtors. The cost will be added to the credit card on file, so please do not park on the grass.

The home is fully equipped with linens, sheets and towels that you will need
Boat Trailers
Arrange storage for your trailer in advance and save the headache of improper planning
The Boat House is located within the Resort at Coral Lagoon
*Night arrivals should park trailer in front of boat house at Resort in parking adjacent to US RT 1
*Day arrivals should walk to the boat house for instructions or call number below

Docking--NO TRAILER PARKING ON RESORT GROUNDS
Your home comes with dock slip # 9 which is directly in front of the home.
Your slip is limited to 31 feet overall length
If you are over 31 feet in overall length, it will be your responsibility seek arrangements and relocate your vessel to a marina or pay for a larger slip on the resort.
Entry of Home
A lockbox is located to the left of the front door and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
NOISE
We demand that quiet hours are observed after 10 pm
Noise need be kept to a respectable level at all times
Violators WILL be evicted

Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
