Welcome home to this terrific 3 bed/3 bath condo owned by friends from California! This condo is part of the Moose Hollow Community situated on Fairway #2 of the Wolf Creek Utah Resort. It is just minutes from Pinview Lake, Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Wolf Mountain.
This condo has an absolutely delightful setting with a walking trail, stream, ponds and waterfall just behind this unit. You`ll really enjoy the views from the deck off of the family room as well!
Enter this condo from the main floor building lobby and into the family room complete with gas fireplace, TV with satellite and DVD and lovely furnishings and decor. Just off the family room is a deck where you can enjoy the beauty of this area and the scenery. The kitchen has dining for 5 (bar dining for 5) and is fully equipped with standard size appliances plus plenty of cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom and full bath.
The lower level features the remaining two bedrooms, two baths and the full size laundry room. One of these bedrooms is the King Master Suite which has a TV with satellite an en suite full bath with extra deep soaking tub and oversized waterfall shower head! Exit this master suite onto a private patio adjacent to the delightful water features of ponds, stream and waterfall.
The 3rd bedroom is a very comfortable queen room and the 3rd full bath is located adjacent to this room in the hall. The laundry room is complete with full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and laundry supplies. Come enjoy the serenity of this beautiful setting and stay as long as you`d like!

Moose Hollow and the Cascades in Eden, Utah offer a Welcome Center in the heart of our community complete with a lounging area, complimentary internet access and printer, friendly faces, beverages, brochures, answers to your questions and more! Behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings.
Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions, and has a small fitness center in the lower level. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways. During the ski season, Powder Mountain offers shuttle service several times a day from different stops throughout.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We will be offering Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you`d like to take advantage of that.
