Our home has an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining area and living room are all open. This is a great place for family and friends to hang out while cooking meals and watching the Football game.
You can walk to all of the towns shops and restaurants from this location. We are also located near the Playhouse and several of the main eating establishments in town not to mention virtually a ski in and ski out location. Walk out your front door to throw a line into the Main Fishing Ponds or go out back and fish the Red River.
Our home has 2 Bedrooms, One a Queen with a private bath and private balcony as well as a second bedroom with a King and a personal bath. The living room sofa makes out into a queen for additional sleeping space.
Our home comes fully furnished with linens, towels and stocked kitchen for your enjoyment
We love that we can offer comforts of home, however please note that Rural Mountain Conditions Exist. We cannot guarantee proper working order for internet (if applicable) and/or satellite/cable TV in any of our homes due to interruptions by the service provider. If services fail and we are notified, Red River Real Estate makes every attempt to resolve the said issues as quickly as possible.

All units are completely furnished (this means sheets, towels, plates, & silverware, as well as coffee pots, etc.) including fireplaces except for the efficiency units.
Rates change with the seasons. Units can only be booked for the number of people stated on each unit, this includes children. A three night minimum is required on all seasons. Christmas and Spring Break are four nights minimum. All rates are subject to change without notice.
