Other nice features include an extra wide and deep canal with no grounding issues whatsoever, spacious and well shaded front yard, off street parking, and the peaceful and relaxing environs of the Key Colony Beach community.

Docking - No Docking
Bedrooms/Accommodates (2/4) - There are two spacious bedrooms including master suite with king mattress and flat screen TV and a guest bedroom with 1 full matress and 1 twin bunk bed.
Bathrooms (2) - Guest bath with tub enclosure and master bath with shower.
Dining - Breakfast bar with stools for six persons. Additional dining suitable table in living room.
Pool - Cabana Club membership
Parking - Plenty of room for two cars and one boat trailer.
NOTE - Any trailer needs to be parked a full 25 feet from the middle of the street. It is your responsibility to secure an exterior parking location if this can not be accomplished.
Beach/View - Cabana Club membership or for more privacy the home is about 1/2 mile from Sunset Park Beach on Key Colony Beach.
Location - Turn left on the Sadowski Causeway off Route 1, turn left on 3rd street just after the Cabana Club.
