As our smallest townhome, this amazing 4 bedroom property is in the Cascades at Moose Hollow and is owned by a family from New Jersey. They faithfully come Way-Out-West to enjoy the magnificient seasons this areas has to offer and take advantage of every opportunity they can to ski as a family, boat, ride bikes, golf, you name it! This townhome sits right on Fairway #2 of Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course with mountain views to the east and beyond. It is part of the Wolf Creek Utah Resort and is only minutes from Pineview Lake, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Resorts. This is a perfect location for a relaxed rustic mountain retreat. This inviting townhouse sleeps 12 in 4 private bedrooms. It also has 2 family rooms, 3 ˝ baths, a game room with pool table, foosball table and seating area, 3 fireplaces, full kitchen with walk-in pantry, a laundry room, separate dining area and a 2 car garage. True to all of the townhomes, it is convenient tri-level living which offers areas for both gathering and entertaining plus areas to retreat to when you`d like some quieter time! Perfect for multiple singles, couples or families, this property includes a large main floor gathering area where the kitchen, dining and family rooms flow together and can seat 8-10 for dining plus more around the fireplace. As you enter this townhome on the main level, you’ll enjoy the grand open space that flows between the kitchen, dining and family room areas. These living spaces culminate in the two-story stone and straw-glazed gas fireplace with TV, satellite and DVD for your entertainment options here. Lots of room to work in the kitchen with walk-in pantry and the full-size laundry room is off of the kitchen as well. The upper level features three private bedrooms. The first is the Master King Suite with a custom log bed made by a local craftsman. You`ll enjoy the TV with satellite and DVD nestled above the gas stone fireplace ~ very cozy! Moose Hollow and the Cascades in Eden, Utah offer a Welcome Center in the heart of our community complete with a lounging area, complimentary internet access and printer, friendly faces, beverages, brochures, answers to your questions and more! Behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings. Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions, and has a small fitness center in the lower level. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways. During the ski season, Powder Mountain offers complimentary shuttle service several times a day from different stops throughout.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We will be offering Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you`d like to take advantage of that.
