This very nicely updated 3rd (top) floor condo has views of the bay, sunsets, ships, and shrimp boats. There are ceramic tile floors throughout and comfortable furnishings. The bedroom has a Queen bed and 19in flat screen TV with DVD player. There are two small built-in twin bunks in the entrance hallway and a sleeper sofa in the living room for added sleeping options. Accessible from the hall and bedroom is the updated full bathroom with tub/shower combo. This condo has a beautiful custom kitchen with granite counters and all stainless appliances including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. The living area has table seating for 4, and a 32in flat screen TV, DVD player, and radio/CD player. The private, furnished balcony is located off the living area. This condo will sleep up to 4 and offers in-unit WIFI (wireless internet). Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant).
About the Savannah Beach & Racquet Club: Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and SB&RC office, and community coin operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
