Just off the balcony are the two upstairs bedrooms and one full size bath. The first bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds and the second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a work desk and 2nd flat screen TV. Downstairs from the main entry is the open floor plan living space of the lake home. Guests will certainly enjoy the comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace. Behind the living room is the L-shaped and fully serviced kitchen (with a dishwasher) and dining area for 6. Between the living room and kitchen is a hallway that leads guests to another full shower tub bath, laundry room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with wonderful lake side views from the slider doors.
Just off the upstairs balcony and queen bedroom is a private deck that overlooks the yard and lakefront property. Downstairs is an oversized lakeside deck. The owners are currently furnishing the deck but it will certainly include an area for outside dining and relaxing under the shaded tree canopy and lots of room to enjoy the outside. Plans will included a sure to be favorite covered porch swing. You`ll love the well manicured yard and landscaping of this home. The kids will enjoy the gentle sloping lot with lots of room to play. Everyone will enjoy the water access from either the seawall or dock and swim platform. The best kept secret of this property is the great lake views and calm water for swimming, boating and fishing. No worries about being capsized by large waves and exposed to excessive boat traffic. This is a true lake front piece of paradise!
The spacious 1,700 square foot vacation rental is available year around and features central heating/air, 2 cable TVs, DVD, VCR, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator. Other features include weekly trash service, open parking for up to 4 vehicles, and a large laundry room (with extra storage space to keep coolers and your favorite water toys.)
This amazing lakeview property is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach. Ha-Ha Tonka State Park, Old Kinderhook Golf Course and Casa De Loco Winery and Big Island are 5-10 minutes away from this great lake home. Once you are here plan to take in any number of the other lakes attractions including Lake of the Ozark State Park, various theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course, shopping. We can help with any of the details of your vacation planning and would be glad to mail out vacation guides, restaurant guides, state park guides, etc. Our hospitality is yours for the asking!
Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
