Check in time is 4PM. Check out time is 10AM. At check out please take your garbage to the dumpster at end of building,all dishes must be washed before you leave and remove sheets and pillowcases from the used beds and leave in hallway and all towels placed in tub. NO SMOKING except on balcony and sliding door must remain closed when smoking outside. Approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival we’ll email you the final details about your vacation condo rental.
Key Pick up
Information about the keys to your vacation home will be included in the email you receive approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival and after your final payment.
Directions
Directions will be attached to the reservation email you receive.
Cancellation Policy
Information is included in the Rental Agreement; please read it completely.
Trip Interruption Insurance
We strongly urge you to purchase this coverage to protect your vacation investment.
Security Deposit Insurance
We offer Security Deposit Insurance thru CSA Travel. This covers up to $3,000 in damages. Read more about this in the rental agreement.
Payment Schedule
Please call me with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card number. We will also take a debit card and a check if there is time for it to clear before arrival.
Guest Services
Your Rental Agreement contains additional information about your vacation home and has been sent to you in a separate email.
Pets
Please read the pet policy.
An important note: We conduct virtually all of our correspondence including receipts, directions, etc. via email. If your provider or email program has strict filtering or does not accept attachments, our emails may be sent to a junk folder or delete entirely unless settings are appropriate. We suggest you consult with your provider or check your email program documentation if this is a concern. If you do not have access to email or have computer problems, we will do our best to accommodate.

Wonderful vacation
Clean and nicely furnished, with the most comfortable bed that we have slept in away from home. The beach was a short walk away, for long walks along the shoreline. The pool was inviting and just what we needed for hot summer days. Joy and her staff showed us the true meaning of southern hospitality.
