This dog friendly north Lake Tahoe cottage rental has two bedrooms plus a loft so it can sleep up to 10 people. The living room is open with the dining room for easy conversations. A new back deck was added in 2008. In the summer, the cabin is within walking distance of Patton Beach (dog friendly), miniature golf course, Sierra Boat, 7-11, CB`s Pizza, Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant, and Carnelian Bay. In the winter the cabin is centrally located to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley.

*In the summer, this dog friendly north Tahoe vacation cottage has access to the pool and tennis courts but not the pier and buoy field. The Agate Bay Pool facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, this vacation cottage is a two doors down from the Weil Luxury Vacation Rental and three doors away from the Taylor Dog Friendly Log Cabin and five doors away from the Welch North Shore Vacation Rental Home.

All Agate Bay Realty Tahoe rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our north Lake Tahoe vacation rental cabins. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the dog friendly north Tahoe cottage beautiful for our incoming guests.
