The Brogden north Lake Tahoe cabin and vacation rental is a cute pet friendly gingerbread looking rental home that sits on a good sized lot and can accommodate 10. The upstairs has a large loft area for kids, etc. The downstairs has a rock fireplace with woodstove insert and vaulted ceilings. The new front redwood deck area has a nice summer setting and a propane BBQ. The cabin is just a 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach (Patton Beach), miniature golf course, Sierra Boat, 7-11, CB`s Pizza, Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant, and Carnelian Bay.

The cabin is available an unfurnished for a lease starting June 1, 2013 for $1600 a month. Prospective tenants can Fill out a lease application
*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, this north Tahoe cabin is a few doors away from the Kimball Vacation Rental, Empey dog friendly rental and Butterfield pet friendly rental and the Rice cabin.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental homes and ski leases are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM for our north Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. If there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the north Tahoe pet friendly cabin beautiful for our incoming guests.
