The Marques North Lake Tahoe vacation rental home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and has been nicely remodeled with new carpet, tile floors, bathrooms, gas fireplace, couches and other furniture appointments (imported French pine furniture). The large master bedroom has a small patio, bathroom, and a small office area. The downstairs is where the living room, kitchen and dining room are located and they are all open to one another for easy conversations. Located upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms and one bath. The garage has a ping pong table for at home activities. In the summer, the house is within walking distance of the Agate Bay pool facility, Tahoe Rim Trail and is roughly 1 mile away from Patton Beach - dog friendly.

For bigger groups including family reunions and weddings, this north Tahoe vacation rental home is next door to the across the street from the Pezzola luxury vacation rental and a next door to the Bagatelos cabin.
All Agate Bay Realty ski lease and vacation rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase Discount Lift Tickets through our office to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Diamond Peak. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$30 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption and packages.
The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the north Tahoe ski lease home beautiful for our incoming guests.
