It’s conveniently located downtown Playa Del Carmen just ½ block from supermarkets and only three blocks from the famous Fifth Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife.
As the condo is brand new, it has been recently decorated and has it all! It’s perfect for families or couples seeking comfort. The condo comfortably sleeps six persons with one king size bed, one double bed, and two single beds. There is plenty of space with three full bathrooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, two plasma TVs with cable, wireless internet. The dining area seats eight persons. There lounge area with pool and Jacuzzi offers a spectacular ocean view.

Property Notes and Additional Information

Check-in time: 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
(Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply)

Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.

Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.

Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $125 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $125 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.

Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.
