This family sized bayside home on the northside of Brisbane makes for a great stress free short stay. Upstairs you will find - living room with ceiling fan, separate dining, covered pergola, large bedrooms with comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, double carport, gated rear verandah.
Downstairs, adjacent to the front entry, is a large rumpus area and the 4th bedroom - you can access the upstairs area from here by internal stairs. The laundry and separate toilet are accessed from the back entry. Outside is plenty of room for children and pets in the huge flat fenced yard. A 6 seater outdoor setting is the perfect place to have a barbeque while watching the children play - plenty of room for backyard cricket. (note: this property does not have a locakable garage).
A one minute walk will take you to the Brighton foreshore where you can walk with the sea breeze in your hair, take the kids for a run in the spacious parks, or have a barbeque breakfast at sunrise. It`s a great place to watch the kite surfers on a weekend, as it`s a favourite location for this colourful sport.
Local shops are literally 50m walk away (try and resist the bakery!) including a supermarket, chemist, post office and 24 hour gym. Public transport around the corner, and it`s 40 mins by bus to the city (25 minute drive). Dogs and cats are allowed at this property, but outside pets only.
