It is elegantly furnished with numerous amenities, including your very own 10x24 boat dock with swimming access.
THE large living room has comfy furniture and a cozy fireplace. There is a TV/VCR/DVD and cable for your viewing pleasure. You also have a great view of the lake if you want to stay inside and enjoy the comforts of home.
OFF the living room is a large deck with one of the best views of the lake which seems to go on for miles. You can watch the kid’s fish or swim off your private boat dock or just sit back and relax while watching the boats go by. There also is a BBQ grill for you to cook on when you want to just stay in paradise and not go out.
If that`s not enough there is more, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
You are within minutes of one of the finest restaurants and nightlife that the lake has to offer. There are several golf courses close by and you are close to all the shopping and activities the lake has to offer.

Property is located at the 8 MM near H. Toads and Shady/Lazy Gators complexes.
Owner, Manager and Home Owners Association are not responsible for persons hurt or killed in and around property including the community swimming pool. Should there be any inappropriate behavior at the pool you will be asked to leave immediately. Please respect the homeowners of our community.
Guests are not allowed to access the community dock, for homeowners only. 231 has a dock provided for guests
All children must wear life jackets near the lake.
No diving from dock or pool (water too shallow). Swim at your own risk.
No access to adjacent or nearby boat docks or swim platforms (private property). Only access is to the 10x24 boat slip directly in front (lakeside) of home.
Boat or PWC trailer parking not allowed no space for them.
No boat ramp available on-site.
Trash cans are located at the top of the driveway to the left and guest must bungie chord lids so that raccoons will not overturn the trash cans and spill trash about the premises.
Pool has no life guard so swim at your own risk. No late night swimming after 10 pm.
In order to best cool the home, shut blinds on rear window wall during the day so that the sunlight is limited in entering into the home.
No tampons or sanitary napkins can be discarded into the toilet because home is on a septic system for sewage.
No smoking is allowed in the home.
No pets allowed in the home or on the premises.
Keep lower level door locked at night by inserting the metal rods in the door jamb and using door lock.
No littering on the property.
