Relax in this south facing pool, expansive 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom private pool villa large enough to sleep a party of 10! With 2,440 square feet of high standard tropical decor, air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, and your own private pool and spa, you and your guests will have the ideal home to ensure a magical vacation.
Paradise Palms has a bright and airy family living space, complete with plenty of space in the living area for those cozy night-in. The gorgeous attached open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for almost every cooking need, and provides ample seating with a large 4 seater round table and breakfast nook with an extra four stools not to mention a great view out onto your own well furnished private pool, spa and patio area.
Sleeping accommodations include two king sized beds. All master bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, large closet space, and your own cable TV for some late night entertainment. There are also two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds and the 5th bedroom boats a double bunk bed. All of these rooms come with cable TV ensuring everyone gets to sleep in spacious comfort during their stay!
Want some exciting indoor activities? Look no further than your own games room! With both a TV, sofa PS2 and a pool and air hockey table, youll experience hours of fun with your family! If you have young children and would prefer they get out and stretch their legs, you also have access to Windsor Palms amazing Clubhouse just down from your doorstep!

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one time cleaning fee of $125 on stays less than 7 nights
Pool heat is $25 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct to the 31st Mar.
A 4-night minimum stay is required
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
