The first floor is an excellent area in which to congregate as its open floor plan includes impressive views, an expansive ocean front deck with direct beach access, living room with cable TV and a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, a half bath and an open back deck. Some added features include a coffee and espresso maker, a spare refrigerator, complimentary Wi-Fi, frozen drink machine and more. The ocean front deck has stairs directly to the beach along with an outside shower and chairs to seat six. The back deck includes a circular table for four and is an excellent spot for a quiet breakfast or to watch the sunset. Games, books, sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs are included.
The second floor consists of an ocean front bedroom (queen bed) with a large private ocean front balcony with chairs and a table. The bay side bedroom has one queen bed and one double bed and comfortable chairs for relaxing after a day on the beach. Both rooms have cable television and the master bedroom also includes a DVD player. Rounding out this floor’s amenities is a full bath with a tub/shower combination.
The third floor has an ocean front king bed bedroom and an open, sun drenched balcony with two chaise lounges and multiple chairs. A perfect spot to sun, while listening to the sounds of the ocean! Facing the Isle of Wight bay, the third floor western bedroom is perfect for the children. It contains a bunk bed and a twin bed along with a television and DVD player just for the kids, no cable in the kids room. Like the second floor below it, the third floor has a full bath as well.
These 3 stories sit atop an entry level that includes covered parking for 3 cars (4 if smaller cars) with more non-metered, public parking available on the nearby street.. A full sized washer and dryer are also included on the entry level.
Enjoy the option of wonderful sea breezes or central air conditioning throughout. The house is conveniently located in a quieter part of town and just a short walk from a number of popular shops and restaurants including, Seacrets, Fager’s Island, and Mackey’s bayside.
