This 5 bed 4.5 bath 3,200 sq ft luxury Villa is located in the Liberty Bluff neighborhood of Reunion Resort. This property overlooks 2 acres of the only private park in Reunion which can be used for leisure where children are safe to play and ride their bikes and scooters.

The Villa itself, is arranged on 2 floors plus separate in-laws apartment. It will comfortably sleep 12. The living room and dining area has been furnished to a high standard with sectional sofa, a large flat screen 42 TV and cable and DVD player. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. This home also boasts a separate dining area with with seating for 6.

Sliding doors lead out to a private patio seating area, here you can sit and relax while you are enjoying the private park area.

The ground floor master en-suite bedroom has a luxury king bed with pillow top mattress, a 42 TV, large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, over sized jacuzzi bath and a separate shower.

On the second floor you will find a large recreational area with sectional sofa, large 50 wall mounted flat screen TV, complete with DVD, cinema sound system. Sliding doors lead out a large private balcony and seating area. There is also a separate desk area.

The 2nd floor Queen bedroom has, TV DVD and cable, large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower.

The 2nd floor has two further bedrooms one with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both rooms have TV`s with build in DVD players . These bedrooms share a bathroom.

The annex / in-laws apartment has a separate kitchen area, living room with 2 large sofas that pull out to two twin beds and TV. The bedroom has a luxury Queen bed with pillow top mattress, TV plus an en suite bathroom. The annex also has it own private balcony were you can sit and over look the pool area.

In this home you will enjoy your own private pool area complete with patio furniture and a large built in BBQ! This large outside area will provide you with a private space to allow you to take in the rays without being disturbed, just relax by the pool and enjoy a drink.
