South: Marina del Rey, one of the largest man-made marinas in the world.
East: the acclaimed Venice Beach Canals fashioned after those in Italy and the city’s namesake.
North: Venice boardwalk, where you will find muscle beach, street venders, musicians, comedians, Jugglers and countless other attractions.
West: Pacific Ocean along some of the broadest sandy beaches in California.
A very short walk down the peninsula is Washington Square, a strip of exiting places to eat, drink, buy groceries, shop or hear live music and karaoke. At the end of the strip, Washington Pier is the perfect place to watch a sunset, surfing, boating and fisherman.
Washington Square opens at 5am with last call at 2am.

This spacious (2,600 sq. ft.) penthouse is masterfully appointed, comfortably furnished, and features 16` ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that capture the extraordinary light of the Southern California coast. It has both gas and wood-burning fireplaces.
The 16’ windows in the living room house a 129 inch movie screen that rolls out of the ceiling at the push of a button, converting the main area into a movie theater with a projection HDTV.
The large 1,000 sq. ft. top deck features a four person Jacuzzi with shiatsu chair, a dining table for up to 12 surrounding the gas fire pit, and a built-in gas barbecue.
The master suite w/ king size bed has a walk in closet, 51inch flat screen HDTV, large private patio bursting with flowers and afternoon sun. The master bath features a large soaking tub and fireplace, a huge shower with duel person water wall and sunflower ceiling sprayers. The Shower opens on to a top deck with a Jacuzzi with four seats of varying jet patterns. Attached to the master is a large seating room with fireplace and sofa bed it is also balcony seating for the 129inch movie screen.
The second bedroom w/ King size bed has a flat screen TV and sumptuous private bath. The den converts to a third bedroom w/ 2 full size beds and flat screen HDTV. For additional guests, an inflatable queen-size Aero bed is available. Cribs & other items for infants and young children can be arranged for an additional charge.
The TV Room/Den (Red Room) converts into a 3rd bedroom with 2 puffy leather convertible twin size sleeper sofas and a bathroom right next door. Additional sleeping may be provided on the convertible sleeper sofa in the loft next to the Master Bedroom.
The kitchen is a gourmet cook`s delight, complete w/ Miele & Wolfe appliances, extra-large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, 35 lbs ice machine and huge marble-top island.
The game room can be converted into a large dining room that comfortably seats 8.
The game room has a pool table, darts, 500 chip-8 seat poker table, 16` bar and 52" flat-screen HDTV.
The penthouse is located atop a security building and has a washer/dryer; Wi-Fi, and two side-by-side parking spaces in the secured garage.

Accidental Rental Damage Insurance available in lieu of Security Deposit. A non-refundable fee of $45.00 provides coverage up to $1,500.00. A non-refundable fee of $69 provides coverage for up to $3,000
All Seasons Travel Insurance (optional) provides coverage in the event of an unforeseen cancellation or interruption. Policy helps to cover trip delay, baggage delay, medical expenses, emergency evacuation and car rental collision
Higher rates may apply for holidays and special events.
One week minimum over major holidays and peak season.
