Southern Charm Plantation lake home is a luxurious, resort-like getaway at the heart of Lake LBJ, in the Highland Lakes region of the Texas Hill Country. Directly off the scenic loop near the 1431 bridge in Kingsland, TX, this 4 bedroom 3 full bath home offers beautiful scenery, 5-star accommodations and amenities for everyone in the family.
Features include an over the water deck stocked with high quality patio furniture; covered deck areas for dining and grilling; covered boat lift and adjacent jet ski lift; ping pong table; two-stories (lower level with Girls and Boys bedrooms, full bath, living area & upper level with master and guest bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen and living area); beautiful cottage-style furnishings and plantation-style shutters throughout; master bathroom with marble walk-in shower and steam room.
The Lower Level of this home features a Girls bedroom with two, upscale double-twin bunk beds and a Boys room with one double-twin bunk bed. A long hallway features a laundry area with Maytag front-load washer and dryer, extra large full bathroom for washing up after being on the lake, and a living area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa (with memory foam mattress) and HD DirecTV w/ DVD player.
The Second Story can be entered from the upper outdoor porch or indoor staircase, which leads you to the kitchen, dining area and lastly, the living area and remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen provides all the modern amenities of home, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, snow cone machine..and much more! The adjacent dining area is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass doors and windows, providing an excellent spot to sit and enjoy the lake views or porch areas. The upstairs living area includes another Queen Sleeper Sofa (with memory foam mattress for extra comfort) and HD DirecTV w/ DVD player. The master bedroom has a stately feel with a four-post Queen size bed and large armoire for your belongings. The master bathroom is luxurious and serene with floor-to-wall marble, plantation shuttered windows overlooking the water and walk-in shower with steam room and seating area. The fourth bedroom features a queen-size bed and oversize walk-in closet equipped with a Pack n Play (this closet is so large, it can double as an infant or small child`s bedroom).
The outdoor amenities are equally stylish and comfortable - more of an extension of the indoors, with upscale lounge chairs (3 pairs or 6 total), a dining table and chairs, and bar with 2 barstools, on the sundeck and an additional dining table & chairs and bench seating on the upper covered patio. At ground level there is a covered porch area -- with ping pong table -- that leads to the covered boat and jet ski lifts.
