Bayview Condos Elizabeth Street, Saugatuck MI 49453 RULES AND INFORMATION
General Rules: *Maximum occupancy is 5 persons for 2 bedroom units and 8 persons for 3 bedroom units. *Tenants are permitted to occupy a unit for residential purposes under a lease or rental agreement. *Rental periods may occur no more frequently than every seven days. *Noise must be kept to a reasonable level. Most owners are permanent residents whose rights to quiet and privacy should be honored as you would expect in your own home. *Animals and pets are not permitted. *Except for bicycles and strollers, which may be stored on patios, personal property must be kept inside the unit. *Do not hang towels or clothing on porch rails or the pool fence. *Parking is allowed for 2 vehicles per unit; one in front of the unit and one in a marked space on the opposite side of the driveway. Additional vehicles may be parked on the East side of Elizabeth Street. Park recreational vehicles and commercial trucks on the street. *Use of fireworks, firearms, bows and arrows or projectiles is strictly prohibited. *Please maintain units and common areas in a safe and sanitary condition. Cost of damages will be recovered from the tenants, *Use of fireplaces is permitted only to tenants with leases of more than 30 days and only upon agreement of the co-owner. *Garbage must be placed in closed containers (plastic bags) and properly disposed of in the dumpster at the driveway entrance. Please close the dumpster and the gate. *Children may only play on the lawn behind and adjacent to the pool area. Running through and playing on the lawn adjacent to each condo deck is not permitted *Rights to quiet and privacy should be honored, as you would expect in your own home. *Please respect “Thank you for not smoking” signs.
Swimming Pool Rules: *Tenants may use the pool from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The pool is reserved from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM for the exclusive use of co-owners and their guests. *Guests of tenants are not permitted to use the pool. *Food, alcohols beverages and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. *The first pool user must remove the solar cover. After 8:00 PM, the last user should replace the solar cover. Handle carefully so the cover is not damaged. *An adult must accompany persons under 14 years of age. *Running, pushing, Frisbee playing, catch and similar activities are not allowed in the pool area. *Diving is prohibited. *Audio devices must be used with headphones. *Children who customarily wear diapers may not enter the pool. *Use key to enter through gate. Do not climb fence. *The pool gate must be locked when the pool area is not occupied.
