The home boasts a large screened swimming pool with a welcoming shady lanai to escape the heat of the day or to sit under and watch the sunset. There is a well presented games room for the younger members of the party to enjoy whilst the `grown ups` relax by the pool after a long day at the theme parks.
Wireless broadband internet connection is available in the home for guests use as well as cable TV .This home provides all the necessary qualities and features to please the most discerning guests.
The family room is a great place for the family to hang out and watch some TV on the 46 inch flat screen tv or a favorite movie using the DVD player. There are comfortable sofas (one of which converts to a double bed) Tables, lamps, stereo and ceiling fan for additional comfort. There is also a PS2 games console in this room for your enjoyment
The kitchen and dining areas offer plenty of seating for formal and informal gatherings. Family meals and snacks can be fully executed in the fully equipped kitchen area.
Master bedroom one has a King size bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps, alarm clock, walk in closet, ceiling fan, All bedrooms have recently had new flat screen tv`s installed
The private en suite bathroom has a large tub corner bath, walk in shower, twin sinks and toilet, hair dryer.

Fun for all in the villa’s own private game room which has air hockey table, mini basketball game and Foosball table
Outside on the sun drenched south facing pool deck which looks on to orange trees at the rear there is ample poolside chairs and sun loungers to laze around on and top up that glorious tan! The exit doors from the home to the pool deck have alarms and there is a removable safety fence for further peace of mind. If the sun gets too much for you then the pool deck has a large shady lanai area which affords some relief from the hot Florida sun.
