Alis Ubbo is pleased to present you two incredible and truly historical apartments in medieval Alfama, located inside Palacio Santo Estevão (Santo Estevão Palace), a beautiful palace dated from the 17th century, belonging to the same family for 200 years and considered one of Alfama’s exlibris.
The apartments are located inside Lisbon’s historical area, quite close to the city’s center. Access can be done by tram, subway, bus or walking (access by car is however restricted).
Inside the Palace, the stairways lead you to the 2nd floor terrace, with a private patio, ideal for meals in the Sun or an evening drink.
With 100m2 and accommodating 4+1 people, in this recently refurbished and improved apartment you will find two suites with a simple yet high quality décor, with antique wooden floor in social and private areas. For those fond of cooking, the modern kitchen is fully equipped (kitchenware included, for up to 6 people).
Suite one: two individual beds and a complete pink marble bathroom.
Suite two: Two individual beds furbish this suite that accommodates a wide roof window. Bathroom fully equipped with massage shower and towel heaters.
