Have you ever dreamed of living on the water? Not just near the water, but actually on the water with ducks swimming up to your door and the water lapping outside your bedroom window!! Well now you have the chance to live that dream for a week, month, or even all year!
Our newest houseboat Lynx is located in Fox Point Marina, prime location for anyone coming to visit schools or just looking to spend time in the city.
This houseboat has an open floor plan with a large living area and tall eleven foot ceilings with exposed beams that provides a feeling of spaciousness and comfort. It features a private stateroom with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom with a shower, plenty of closet space and a sleeping loft with two twin beds. For extra guests there is a queen sleeper sofa in the main salon. The onboard eat-in-kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils for enjoying a home cooked meal.
There’s plenty of outdoor space for spending those lazy afternoons on the water; a roof deck and front porch with a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
You can enjoy our houseboat year-round with central heating and AC!
The Experience:
We provide all linens and towels so there is no need to worry about laundry plus an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, plus bathroom products such as soaps, shampoos, and lotions. We even include condiments and a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods for your enjoyment. Cable and WiFi are included free with the rental and the houseboat is fully air-conditioned and heated for your comfort in any season.
The boat is in a protected part of the marina, but there can be some occasional movement during the day when boats pass by. At night the waters are very calm and some guests even find that a bit of gentle swaying relaxes them and makes for a very restful sleep.
After a long day of touring the city there is nothing better than relaxing on your own private sun deck with a cold drink in hand as you enjoy the fantastic waterfront views! So come join us and float all your cares away on a SleepAfloat Constellation Cottage!
