Welcome to this completely unique one bedroom, 1.5 bath deluxe condo at Moose Hollow. Although this condo is absolutely ideal for two, it can sleep up to 6. It has lots of gathering space on the main floor including an expanded kitchen/dining area featuring a cafe` height dining table. There is a deck just off of the kitchen with beautiful views of the community and Wolf Mountain to the west. This condo is owned by a wonderful family from Tennessee who have skiied this area for several years and just decided to purchase this condo in 2011. This entire level is open and offers multiple gathering areas for entertaining particularly around the cozy gas fireplace and comfy sofa and chair. There is a large 46" flat screen TV with satellite and DVD plus a deck that offers spectacular, unobstructed views towards Pineview lake and surrounding mountains ~ just beautiful! The kitchen offers bar dining for 4 and table dining for up to 6 and is fully equipped with standard appliances, small appliances and plenty of cookware, bakeware and dinnerware.
The Master bedroom is upstairs and is huge with plenty of room for the queen bed on raised platform. For those honeymoon couples, you`re sure to enjoy the large jetted tub and fireplace right in the bedroom suite as well as the 40" flat screen TV with satellite and DVD which is located just above the fireplace! For versatility, this room also has a twin over twin bunk bed when just a small family would like to getaway.
The large en suite bath is spacious and has a wonderful glass enclosed walk-in shower and also a large walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are located in an additional closet within this bedroom suite as well.

Moose Hollow and the Cascades in Eden, Utah offer a Welcome Center in the heart of our community complete with a lounging area, complimentary internet access and printer, friendly faces, beverages, brochures, answers to your questions and more! Behind the center is our seasonal pool complex with regular size swimming pool, kiddie pool, in-ground hot tub, dry sauna, plus lounging and deck furniture, and a grassy picnic area with charcoal grill. Additional picnic areas and grills are offered adjacent to the pool area and other locations throughout. The in-ground hot tub and dry sauna are open year-round and so is our 2nd community hot tub which is nestled between other condo buildings.
Also offered at our community is a 3000 sq. ft. Clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions, and has a small fitness center in the lower level. On site there is also a sand volleyball area, basketball hoop and enjoyable walking trails that meander throughout our community past streams, ponds, waterfalls and fairways. During the ski season, Powder Mountain offers complimentary shuttle service several times a day from different stops throughout.
Booking Policy: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We will be offering Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you`d like to take advantage of that.
