Furnished and equipped to a very high standard this quality home is located in the number one requested gated resort community in the Disney area.
It is not surprising that the Emerald Island resort is the most popular in the Disney area as it is one of the closest resort communities to the Disney parks and also boasts fantastic community facilities that are free to all guests that stay in our homes in this community.
The clubhouse is well equipped with fitness room, game room, video arcarde, cyber cafe, large lounge seating areas, business facilities, sauna, Tiki bar, community pool, basketball, volleyball, nature trails, bar b q areas
The villa itself has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard.
There is even a Dell computer with internet access at the home for our guests use.
Game room with air hockey and pool table and of course your very own private pool and spa on an oversize pool deck and large shady lanai area.
4 king size master bedrooms, bedroom 5 has 2 twin beds
This home has much more floor space than other Emerald Island 5 bedroom homes. The reason being is that the villa was originally a 6 bedroom home and the owner has used the sixth bedroom to use as a private office space with desk and computer for guest use. This room still has the abitlity to be utilized as a bedroom as it is also furnished with a day bed and a further twin roll away bed.
This wonderful home also has another great feature in that there are 4 King size master suites all with private en suite bathrooms. This feature is not found in other Emerald Island 5 bedroom homes. All bedrooms are very nicely furnished and have TV/DVD players, dressers, walk in closets/built in closets, nightstands, alarm clocks, lamps etc.
The final bedroom in this wonderful home has 2 twin (single) beds, nightstand, lamp, clock, built in closet, TV/DVD player
There is a further shared family bathroom in the home and all bathrooms have a hair dryer.
A superb home located in the very best location, it doesn`t get much better than this!
