This condo was just recently purchased by a delightful family from Hawaii where they enjoy an island paradise. They fell in love with Eden during the winter of 2011 and decided they wanted to enjoy this beautiful mountain paradise, too! They have been busy updating their condo with fresh linens, bedding, a brand new 32" flat screen TV in the family room and more! This condo is located on the upper level of Building #1 at Wolf Lodge with views of the pool from the entrance and family room and a very private deck off of the main floor queen bedroom. This deck is complete with gas BBQ grill and patio seating for two.
The family room is quite roomy and spacious with both a sofa and loveseat (these convert to twin and full size sleepers). There is also a dining area with table and chairs for 4,a very cozy wood burning fireplace,and a new 32" flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and satellite. There is also a CD and casette player with speakers as well.
The kitchen comes with all kinds of bakeware, cookware, and dinnerware to make your meal preparation easy and convenient. The main floor also has a queen bedroom with 25" TV with satellite, DVD and VCR capability. A full bath is located near the kitchen and bedroom.
Upstairs in this charming two bedroom condo is the master suite with queen bed and 20" TV with satellite. The ensuite bath has a private tub and toilet area with convenient in room vanity. There is also a large walk-in closet, too.

50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable (less a $50.00 cancellation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days before arrival or if we are able to fill the reservation within the 60 days. If cancelled within 60 days and we are not able to fill the reservation, we will allow a credit for the paid amount (less $50) to be used at anytime in the future, subject to availability of this same property and booked no more than 2 weeks before arrival. We will be offering Travel Insurance to help protect you and the property owner against the unforeseen if you`d like to take advantage of that.
