The Penthouse is a cozy 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath roundhouse with floor to ceiling windows, an outdoor hot tub, a covered deck and a sleeping capacity of 4-6. The penthouse has just been freshened up with new beds, bed covers, and painting. The sleeping arrangements in this home are as follows:
- Queen in Master Bedroom with private Master Bath - One Bedroom with 2 Twins - Queen sized pullout couch in the living room.
The owners of this home own 7 contiguous lots on Greenbrier Road providing a wonderful native mountain forest experience. There are well marked trails from Penthouse that connect to the Pond Creek Trail, one of the many trails throughout Beech Mountain. There is a wonderful Gazebo in the woods with a table and chairs to enjoy the sounds of Pond Creek falls, the cool mountain air, and wildlife!
When you are ready to relax after a full day on the mountain, this beautiful Mountain vacation home has a gas log fireplace, TV with cable service, DVD and VCR, radio and wireless internet service offering today’s hi-tech amenities surrounded by yesterday’s tranquility. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc...and a washer and dryer for your added convenience. Linens and basic needs are furnished.
