Ideally located “in-town,” Union Street Inn is an intimate boutique hotel beautifully renovated to showcase period details against tailored, elegant interiors, which Conde Nast Traveler described as “impeccable New England-by-way-of-France.” Each of the 12 Nantucket accommodations feature designer furniture and fabrics, private bathrooms, luxurious bedding with Frette linens and Matouk duvets, bath amenities by Fresh, flat screen TV’s, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Union Street Inn’s signature amenity is its gourmet breakfasts – it’s the only Nantucket B&B to serve a full cooked-to-order breakfast. Co-owner Deborah Withrow features signature dishes like French toast made with local Challah bread, fresh berries and Vermont maple syrup. In addition to her home-baked white chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies, Deborah may whip up a carrot cake from scratch or addictive double-chocolate brownies for the afternoon snacks served on the garden patio. Coffee, teas, and bottled spring water are always available.
Owners & hosts Ken & Deborah Withrow utilize their backgrounds in hotel management (Ken managed the Royalton/NYC for Ian Schrager) and retail management (Deb was at Fiorucci & Henri Bendel/NYC) to create a boutique-style experience for their guests. The staff tailors their concierge service to each individual’s interests, sharing their love and knowledge of the island and helping guests experience the authentic, insider’s Nantucket.
Winners of many awards, the hotel was most recently named “One of the 10 Most Romantic Hotels in the U.S.” by Fodor’s in addition to a “level five” Trip Advisor rating for the entire year of 2010.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS REQUIRED DURING HOLIDAYS AND EVENT WEEKENDS.
Due to the unique location of Nantucket Island, most visitors make precise travel plans and confirm their lodging in advance. If your reservation is cancelled AT LEAST 15 days prior to your arrival date, all payments will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee. If cancelled WITHIN 15 days of arrival, a refund will be issued ONLY IF THE ROOM IS RE-BOOKED FOR THE ENTIRE CANCELED PERIOD, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after a guest has checked in.
