Rented as a full cottage, you will enjoy a rustic living room
overlooking the beach, a king, queen, and twin bedding
accommodations with private baths (tub and shower) a white

telephone lines, patio, deck, and BBQ.
Rented as a Suite, your accommodation includes private bath, cable TV,

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS REQUIRED DURING HOLIDAYS AND EVENT WEEKENDS.
Due to the unique location of Nantucket Island, most visitors make precise travel plans and confirm their lodging in advance. If your reservation is cancelled AT LEAST 15 days prior to your arrival date, all payments will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee. If cancelled WITHIN 15 days of arrival, a refund will be issued ONLY IF THE ROOM IS RE-BOOKED FOR THE ENTIRE CANCELED PERIOD, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after a guest has checked in.
